  1. Thanks for sharing your tips, im struggling with my weight since I turned 30 and it feels like no matter what I eat or don’t, it just ends up in my tummy and hips.
    Im not going to push the blame aside, my guilt is energy drinks,I drink about 5 a day so in a way I know where my weight problems are coming from.

    1. Yes, I too struggled with my weight. Moreover, just like you, it seemed that all of the fat I was storing was just on my stomach. That is when finally, I realized, I needed one of the best diets to lose weight fast. Before my weight became a real problem. However, when I began to eat and DRINK the right things, then I began to lose a lot of my weight.

      In all honesty, it was falling off me. Although, the only real problem that I had was the one of discipline. It was so tempting to just forget about it and eat and drink poorly. But, I stuck with it and wouldn’t be where I am today without doing so.
